    An older residence with some modern flare — 135 Antibes Dr is a popular complex in the Westminster - Branson neighbourhood, touted for its generous suite sizes and proximity to nature trails and neighbourhood amenities.

    Though 135 Antibes Condos was completed in 1972, the exterior has been updated and the oversized balconies which at one time were considered standard at a condo residence, are now a luxury. Condo residents have some comfortable amenities at home such as saunas, a recreation room, a fitness centre, and beautiful manicured gardens.

    The development includes two towers that occupy a large plot at 115 Antibes Dr and 135 Antibes Dr beside Westminster Cemetery — which is actually a popular spot for walking in the neighbourhood. The condos have plenty of foliage surrounding them and it helps to shield the buildings from Bathurst St.

    The Suites

    The North York condos at 135 Antibes Dr cast a wide net, appealing to everyone from first time home buyers to investors, families, and empty nesters. Suites come in a range of different layouts, beginning with 1 bedroom units at 676 square feet and reaching up to 2750 square feet for a cavernous 3 bedroom unit. As well, there are plus den floor plans for those who require a home office or a spare bedroom.

    Homes here tend to have closed off kitchens, but some units have had their floor plans opened up. Buyers can expect either wide plank hardwood flooring or vintage parquet flooring in units. From the bedrooms to the bathrooms to the oversized balconies — everything is a little bigger in this residence compared to most Toronto condos.

Condo residents can walk to Tim Hortons in 2 minutes, grab a slice at Napoli Vince's Pizza, and pick up odds and ends at Northtown Convenience Store.

    Businesses are sprinkled throughout the neighbourhood, with clusters around Finch Ave W to the south and Steeles Ave to the north. There’s not a whole lot of shopping within the neighbourhood boundaries, but plenty of options can be found just outside of it: RioCan Marketplace to the west has a range of home stores, big box retailers, and restaurants.

    There are athletic facilities closer to home at Antibes Community Centre and countless recreation activities at G Ross Lord Park. The Finch Hydro Corridor is due south and offers a great bike path. Dufferin St hosts a number of local businesses, including retail stores, and athletic facilities such as a swim centre and an MMA gym.

    Transportation

    135 Antibes Dr allows for small errands to be completed on foot. Grocery runs are actually possible without a car, provided that residents can find everything they need at Bathurst Village Market.

    Residents who require public transit to get around can hop on the bus on Antibes Drive and ride to Finch Station for subway service; note, that buses only come every 30 minutes. Car owners can pick up a coffee at the Tim Hortons drive through and take Bathurst to Sheppard to Yonge Street for the 401.
