Been living here a few years and I need to move out. Every time you have to wait 15 minutes for an elevator and the fire alarms go off all the time!

This building has improved a lot since I moved in! The management is doing a much better job, and the amenities are great. I love being close to everything—the location is just so convenient. Yes, the elevators can be slow, but the view and proximity to PATH make up for it. Definitely recommend it if you want to be close to everything! But the elevator problems and noise can be annoying and parking is expensive being so downtown

Forget the haters!! Prime downtown location with good amenities and stunning city views. Convenient access to public transit and nearby attractions. Everyone is way too negative about this place.

This building has great views and location, but I would not live here again. The elevators are so slow and malfunction a lot, I'm talking 20 minutes each time you use them, and I'm pretty sure a bunch of the units are used for short term rentals. I have nothing against short term rentals but I don't really want a condo next door to live in. Also some of the building logistics are just weird, like light switches in random places.
