    The Suites

Yet another place to spend the day outside is in grassy fields of June Rowlands Park — which contains a set of tennis courts, as well as other sports facilities — located between Davisville Avenue and Millwood Road.

    After a rousing match of tennis or stroll on the Beltline, residents will likely be in need of a filling meal, which can be found at any of the local eateries in their neighbourhood. Residents can find an array of restaurants on the first major street east of the condos, Mount Pleasant Road.

    Transportation

    For those who prefer public transit, Davisville Station, on Yonge Street at Chaplin Crescent, is less than a ten-minute walk from 194 Merton. From here, travelers can catch trains heading north or south along Yonge in order to reach uptown Toronto or the downtown core in no time. Alternatively, when it’s snowing, raining, or when one is simply not in the mood to walk, those living in the building can also hop onto the 74 Bus. This bus happens to stop at Merton and Mount Pleasant , which cuts the walk to Yonge Street in half. Alternatively, taking the 74 southbound carries riders toward St. Clair. Station on the the Yonge-University Spadina line — the same line as Davisville, but one station to the south.

    Similarly, drivers have many choices when it comes to getting around the city. A myriad of fast-paced roadways can be found in midtown Toronto, and drivers can use a good number of them in order to access a highway: driving North on Yonge leads to the 401; heading south on Bayview Avenue leads to the Don Valley Parkway; and drivers can also head west on Eglinton Avenue to merge onto the Allen Expressway – all of which are around ten minutes away from Le Corbu Condos.
