As a rare downtown Townhouse, it has a great "house" feel, with a beautiful landscaped property. Each unit has a spacious patio, a balcony or rooftop patio. (While the balconies are a standard size, the patio is spacious enough to accommodate a large patio table and 4 chairs, or a large seating area to lounge and entertain. Same for rooftop patios). Each outdoor space has BBQ hookup. Indoors, the layout is excellent. Kitchens have plenty of storage space and a large breakfast bar. Living room areas are designed for various furniture layouts (unlike many living rooms in highrises where the sofa automatically faces the kitchen.) Some of the studio units have a bonus murphy bed. Lots of closet space. Enclosed stacked laundry space. The building has a community vibe and is home to adults of all ages. There are a few residents with small or medium dogs, but the building is very quiet. Just a side note: there is a very convenient park accessible by FOB through the back of the property, and Alan Gardens with its two dog parks is steps away. Location, location, location: restaurants, ballet school, lots of shopping, and public transit. TMU is down the street, and UofT as well as hospitals are short bus ride. Highly recommended. Townhouse living gives you privacy and a true sense of ownership.

Cozy layout, nice rooftop deck and suuuper close to Wellesley Station. Love walking to Allan Gardens with my dog. Perfect mix of city convenience and quiet vibes.
